Kathy Baker is a North Carolina Broker and has been involved in real estate for 30+ years. As a consultant, coach and trainer in the real estate industry, Kathy’s passion to share her knowledge combined with her energy, humor and southern hospitality, results in a recipe for future success in business.Kathy served as Broker/Partner with a RE/MAX brokerage in Raleigh for over 17 years and performed an essential role in the success of the organization. As General Manager and Recruiter, Kathy implemented and executed the structure and systems necessary in growing the company to over 300 agents. Her primary focus was profitability through recruiting and retention. As a full-time recruiter, she recruited an average of four to six agents each month. She also instituted mentoring and coaching programs for newly licensed agents, which enabled many to earn more than $100,000 in their first year in the industry.
Through the leadership role she played, Kathy was instrumental in helping her Raleigh-based RE/MAX office become one of the top 100 RE/MAX brokerages closing over one billion dollars in production for many years.
Kathy served as Senior Training Consultant and Vice President of Franchise and Business Solutions for RE/MAX, LLC in Denver, Colorado. In her service with RE/MAX, Kathy has been celebrated with the following awards:
